What does the color blue taste like?

We were helped to create TATTER's most unique book event to date: A celebration of Palate Palette: Purple Blue Cookbook. In a discussion with TATTER's founder, Jordana Munk Martin, we discussed our process for creating our brand and cookbook series, as well as the crossovers in food, fashion, and color. Our blue-hued exploration continued by imagining the flavor profiles of five objects in their collection. The event included innovative tasting dishes from our recent Purple Blue edition of Palate Palette that have been thoughtfully paired with objects from the TATTER Blue Library collection. Each of the bites were designed to ‘taste’ like an object’s texture, color, material or emotion.
